New ability introduced: World of Warcraft characters undeleted

Blizzard has introduced a new feature in the latest World of Warcraft patch: the ability to undelete characters. But this doesn’t mean all level characters can be saved, for example, characters falling into the following categories will not be able to recovered.

l  Characters under level 10 and Death Knights at level 55 are not eligible to be undeleted.

l  Characters between level 10 and level 29 will no longer be recoverable after 90 days.

l  Characters between level 30 and 49 will no longer be recoverable after 120 days.

l  Please keep in mind you will only be able to use the undelete optiononce every 30 days.

All characters level 50 and above can be undeleted at any time, however. Undeleted characters will be restored all of their gear intact.

There is a question that longtime WoW players may have: can this be used to recover characters deleted years ago? There is no details about it yet, but "it may be likely depending on how high the character was before deletion."

We are sad that its Titan project was canceled, but things remain busy for World of Warcraft; the 10-year-old MMO is gearing up for the release of its next expansion, Warlords of Draenor, on November 13. Just get everything ready!
